If you are not completely satisifed with your AuthorsWebHosting.com hosting account, or you find that Authors Web Hosting does not  provide any features, as stated on our web site, we will refund 100% of your first months hosting fee back to you upon cancelation of your hosting account. Does not apply to set up fees, domain name registrations, dedicated IP fee, or other paid services. 

You must cancel your account, using our support ticket system, within 30 days of opening your hosting account to receive a refund. Does not apply to accounts suspended for violation of Authors Web Hosting's acceptable use policy, or our Terms Of Service.
